Requirements
Your background must be 3840 x 2160 in JPG or PNG format.
Your background must have no transparency.
You must provide a business case for your background request.
Backgrounds give your presentation a specific style and personality. We want you to feel free to express yourself, so if you'd like to add a background, please feel free to do so. However, we do have to balance usability with freedom of choice. The more options a user has, the harder it is for them to choose (choice paralysis). With your request, please provide a business reason for the addition.

To request your background be added to Video Express, please email a request to it@purdue.edu with the image and an explanation of its use at least 4 weeks before your first recording session.
