Requirements
Your video must be h.264 encoded at 29.97 frames per second in MP4 format.
Your video must not fade in or fade out.
You must provide a business case for your introduction video request.
Recommendations
Your video should be no longer than 10 seconds.
Introduction videos provide a strong brand for video series and can help users know that a video is part of a larger project. While introduction videos can be any length, we recommend that they are 10 seconds or shorter. Video Express will automatically fade the video from black at the start and fade the video to black at the end using half a second fades. You'll want to consider this when timing the start and end of the video motion.

To request your introduction video be added to Video Express, please email a request to it@purdue.edu with the image and an explanation of its use at least 4 weeks before your first recording session.
